Graphic Designer
Description:
Schlabach Printers is seeking a Graphic Designer with a preferred focus on web development & SEO, and/or social media design to join our creative team. The Graphic Designer will work closely with clients to develop visually compelling designs across digital platforms as well as printed materials. This role requires an understanding of design software, digital trends, and an ability to meet technical specifications for web and social media while collaborating on larger projects with the design team.
Ideal candidates should have experience in design, an understanding of digital design standards, and an eye for detail in both web and print media. Prior experience with web development or social media is a plus. This position is available in-house at our Sugarcreek location, not available for remote work.
Responsibilities:
Researching and implementing design concepts for digital platforms and print materials.
Creating and presenting mockups for websites, social media content, and printed pieces.
Revising designs based on feedback and preparing them for digital launch or printing.
Collaborating with team members and clients to maintain brand consistency across digital and print formats.
Managing project timelines to ensure deadlines are met for both web and print designs.
Keeping up with the latest trends in digital design, web development, SEO, and/or social media best practices.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience or knowledge in web development and SEO, or social media practices.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members to create cohesive, on-brand designs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times.
Organizational skills to keep track of a variety of project timelines and deadlines.
Previous design experience is preferred, but not required. Print shop knowledge is also a plus.
